Help??!!!! Virus Scammer!!!?

Today i was going thourgh torrents then this message said my computer was in danger so i clicked on it and now it keeps telling me to install this virus stoping thingy and ever 30 sec there is a message coming up asking me do you want to install this program? plus i cant change my wall paper. and i think the virus changed it it says virus protection and when ever i try to get a backround it keeps changing it back!!

just run a virus and spyware scan thatll fix it.....

Try using virus scan and if that doesn't work try bringing it in to the shop.
Go to system restore:
