Ok,I think I have a virus.Back last year my computer crashed so we had to use back-up files.I have no virus protection.Today I tried a free virus scan from McAfee and it said that "Back Up Genie" and the other files caalled Back Up something were detected.So what do I do?Are they really viruses?HELP!!

Backup Genie is legit software, but that doesnt mean you dont have an infected copy, or that the virus is disguising itself as Backup Genie.
Download the three programs linked below. Install them. Update them. Scan your pc with them.
AVG Antivirus - Free Antivirus Software
Ad-Aware - Free Antispyware Software
Spybot Search%26Destroy - Free Antispyware/Antitrojan Software
If AVG cannot remove a particular virus or trojan, you may need to run it in SAFE MODE. To get to safe mode, restart your PC, hold down the F8 key until the boot menu appears, and choose SAFE MODE.
