Some Yahoo Mail accounts can't attach?

Has this happened to anyone else?

I can attach files in my Yahoo Mail no problem. But my wife's Yahoo Mail account can't. Whenever she tries, she gets:

"The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

I can't find anything weird in the firewall or the spyware protection that would differentiate the accounts. I tried turning off the automatic email scanning to no avail.

Why would it work for one account, but not the other?

We are running Firefox and Norton 360 on Windows XP.

I assume you are using the same internet connection, computer, etc. to check the accounts? (in other words you know its not something on your computer)

I honestly have no idea- that's really weird. Maybe contact Yahoo support.
