I cant read emails from my yahoo and norton 360 wont allow access to anything with a password.?

i have a dell computer with vista home premium on it. When the 30days free mcafee ran out, i stopped being able to read the text on my emails or compose and delete them on my yahoo account. i have tried the encoding and erasing of cookie history etc. This doesnt work. I now have Norton 360 protection as i couldnt successfully load on mcafee again and this doesnt like me accessing anything with passwords (inc my norton account), can anyone help. its driving me nuts!!!!!!

It sounds like Norton 360 is on high alert and doesn't like any sort of internet activity.

Personally, I can't recommend any particular settings for Norton; however, will recommend that you don't spend money on Norton again.

There are a few free anti-virus applications on the net that do just as good (if not, better) job than Norton. Including Avast and AVG.

Try un-installing Norton and using the net. If it works fine, give Avast a go. Download and install it and take Norton back to the store if you're quite happy with Avast (and your internet's working fine).
