Parental Controls for the Internet?

Is there any way to block certain sites from being viewed on the internet, for younger children protection. Such as nude materials, or sites such as MYSPACE, and pornograpic material. I am a bit worried about sites such as myspace, where they can meet older men....Is there any way to set your computer to block out viewing abilities for those type of site such as myspace or chatting sites??

if u go to internet explorer you would go to tools and go to internet options click on security and then click on the resticted sites icon click on sites and then you will see that you can add websites that you can add websites to this zone go ahead and put it in and for other websites as well click add after each website you put in.
