itunes has not been leting me do anything. it has been sending me this message saying error (-9808) we could not complete your request.An unknown error occured. it has been like this for almost two weeks. and i was wondering if my norton virus protection and i was wondering if anyone knew what to do. i think it also might have to do with something else on my computer. and agin if someone else this done to them please help me.

Uninstall the iTunes program. Then restart your computer, and re-install. If the problem continues contact Tech Support.
