Help please?

Okay so everytime I open Internet Explorer, a box pops up and it says:

Critical System error

your browser was hijacked by trojan.w32.agent.akk

you need to clean your system immediately,in other case it can be crashed soon!

Okay so I did virus scans and cleaned my whole computer and there wasn't anything they detected. I use McAfee Security Center. It's still there. But only seems to pop up when using IE

Does anyone know what this could be and how I can get rid of it?

its just ad aware or spy ware

always keep your ANTI VIRUS updated etc

Always be aware of companies trying to make money, from my experience McAfee is pretty efficient with there security.
I got a trojan once, its no biggy if you have spysweeper. it's only about $15 at circuit city or wherever[: good luck!
I would try using AVG free to do a virus scan. I don't like McAfee.
