I can't sign into messenger :(?

My messenger was working just fine last week, then out of no where it died. I deleted it, re-downloaded it (a couple of times), but it just won't sign in! My password was changed so I know I am using the right one, my screen name is correct. I have tried other things that yahoo sent me to try (to no avail)! My computer has not had any other problems! It is fairly new with all the protection.

Please help!
