I was downloading picture from google images. I tried to save an animated picture to the desktop. Something was on screen and I think I added live update (I have norton) to my computer. Then I immediately started having problems.
This ugly animated desktop appeared from the animated site. Now I cannot change it.If I go to "my pictures" or via the control panel to change the desktop, it doesn't work (once in a while the one I want flashes on screen one second only and then goes to the cartoon dresktop).
How can I fix this so I can change desktop pictures again?
Also could it be spyware causing this problem (I have Norton and did a full sytem scan which showed no viruses/spyware. I also have spyware protection. Did an sbcyahoo spyware test via my provider tech support.It said 4 viruses or spyware but deleted them and showed none but the desktop still doesn't work..
if you don't know how to fix do you have websites that can help? Please help as I am upset over this.
