I have this problem again, and I can't fix it anymore everything is dead on my computer right now, everything I click on it it says APPLICATION NOT FOUND. I even cant :-( download a Virus Scaner, a file, or something like that. I have My Firewall off and Virus Protection off too and I cannot fix them to be ON, I tried to download AVG 7.5 and it says Aplication Not Found. I had before Windows Live One care but now it's expired. What can I do? Thank you :-)

bring your system to the geek squad at best buy. they have ways to overide this and wipe out all your viruses. yes it might cost you, but its the only way

It's way too complex to walk you through it in here. Did you try a reboot in safe mode for a system restore option? Do you have the original OS software to re-install with the repair option? Have you been saving all your data and other important info or photos onto CD's? I would have to agree with others about getting professional help with a better chance of retrieving and saving some of your most important files.
