I have a wired LAN desktop, and i was thinking of buying a wireless router so i can make my PS3 connected to the web. But if i do that, is there any way to protect the wifi with he ps3? im pretty sure ps3 cant protect a wifi connection seeing as its not really a computer.. so would it be safer if i made my computer wireless also, aso i can put some WEP or some protection on it? (By the way, i only have 1 computer)

The PS3 does WPA, which is newer and uncrackable (now), and WEP, any router will do the job, the PS3 has 802.11G so if you get a wireless-N router you wont get any of the advantages. But G has alot more range and speed than B so go with that.
