Another decent free anti-spy?

i am looking for another anti-spy,to add to my internet security,i already have avast4(anti-virus),spy-bot,ad-aware personal, yahoo anti-spy(allthough i dont use that),so i am looking for another which wont drain much resources from the computer,

i have always seen security as the main priority in using the net as the rise of spyware lately and new virus,s you cannot surf without adequate protection

any idea,s

A firewall and anti-virus program are essential, and more and more lately so is a good anti ad/spyware prog, but one of each at a time is ample, by all means have alternatives to run now and again as a 'belt and braces' set up-- I can heartily recommend Webroots 'Spy Sweeper'

Also, rather than continually adding to your PC, look to the tools that already exist in Windows.... (I'm assuming you use XP here)... ensure that the user account you use daily has appropriate permissions, there's NO need at all to run as 'Administrator' all the time, tighten up the security in Internet Explorer, particularly with regard to unsigned ActiveX components, implement strict 'cookie' control--ideally by blocking ALL, and adding sites that demand them to the 'Trusted Zone'(banking sites, shopping sites etc.)-- most anti adware progs will define some cookies as ad/spyware so by doing this you can be sure that any cookies on your PC are there for a good reason.

Lastly... that grey lump between your ears is infinitely more powerful than that grey lump on your desk, sensible surfing can eliminate a lot of risk, 'think twice, click once' is the phrase I was taught.

Spyware Doctor from www.pctools.com is good. Try this site it is one of my favorites...
