I just got a new PC with Symantec Norton protection and I cannot access any kinds of websites where I have to 'login'.. The protection may be too high.. I don't know what to do but I can't log in hotmail for example or Yahoo answers (I'm on another computer)

My suggestion is to go to the Control Panel and delete this application ... then after rebooting go to the AVG website http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/ and download the free anti-virus from them ... which I can guarantee you has none of this nonsense behaviour.
