Virus Help?

So I got this popup from Norton Antivirus:

Event: Virus Found!

Virus name: Trojan.Pandex

Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine failed : Access denied

Does anyone know what I can do do get rid of it?

if you know

a) how you got it

b) what it is and what program it might be

then you should just delete the file
avg anti virus go to google type it in dowload it its completley free, it will work do it quick before it starts attaching to alot of your files
