Laptop/Notebooks? Which fits these?

Ok, after FOREVER of begging, my parents are finally going to buy me a laptop/notebook for christmas. But the problem is, I don't know what kind to get! I want one that:

-has lots of room/memory

-some type of photo editor, (preferably photoshop or something closely related)

-Something that doesnt cost much

-Something that won't burn me %26gt;.%26lt;

-Something that lets me download the newest version of AIM (my friend has an apple computer, it only let her download the old kinds)

-Something that is Windows brand-thing

-It HAS to have a word document thing like Microsoft works or windows word, etc.

-It shouldn't be BIG and it shouldn't be small.

-Spyware protection?

-Something that can handle the Sims series, perferably

And anything else that sounds cool! lol. So post ideas, suggestions, or anything else!

Oh, and it should come in either blue, lime green, or it could have those little face plate things.

The two laptops I am talking about are both made by Dell. The first is an "Inspiron 6400" and the second is an "Inspiron 1521".
