Norton/symantec problem?

I have Norton Antivirus and it expires on the 26th of this month. I keep getting this window that pops up like every 30 seconds that says that my virus protection is turned off, so I open my norton, and I change it, but It wont change!

And I have tried restarting my computer and everything.. anyone else having this problem?

How do I fix it?

Go to norton.com download their "Norton Removal tool" get rid of it and download AVG by grisoft. Norton eats up memory and does not function as well as AVG

u hv 2 renew ur norton anti virus...
go and download the ones we sugested in your last question and then delete norton. it is a big memory hog and a piece of crap to say the least.then the pop ups will go away.this is there way of bulling you into paying for there crap again by using the pop ups, and that alone is a form of spyware. good luck.
go to the start menu click all programs then accessories, then control panel then add hardware, then add remove, then add remove components, then scroll down to norton to uninstall...... Ive had problems with norton myself so I feel your pain or you can also call there number on the paper work and they will help you also...hope this helps...
