well not computer but my internet conection could it b i need to reset my modem box :P

or any suggestions on how to make it run faster no id ont have any programs in background

avg spyware avg antivurs spybot ad aware are my protection devices

and already defragmented removed all startup xept protection

any ideas how to make my internet faster :P??

Your doing all the right things so your internet service provider must be to blame.

Call support and have them test your connection because your not getting what you are paying for.

This whole test thing is over and done with in les than 5 minutes.

well if u r going to websites that you know that don't have virus then close your protection virus thingy and if u press alt-ctrl delete find(if u r using firefox look for firefox.exe or if you are using internet explorer look for iexplorer.exe) and right click and go down and find "Set priority" then choose which one you want, i would suggest high but other stuff will slow down a little, or just get a new isp. lol

restoring your computer doesnt always delete viruses since the restored files are just moved to another folder on your pc.. if its a wifi router make sure your wireless network is locked because you could easily have people leaching off your network. also check for programs that may be updating in the back ground, and reset the router and modem just for the hell of it.
