When I go into "all users" on my computer the program locks up. I go in through: my computer-documents and settings-all users. Is there another way to access it. I have scanned the file with my virus protection and found nothing. Can anyone help me with this?

What version of Windows are you using?
Hit the windows key and e key at same time opens up explorer. Click C:, Documents and settings, then all users.
OR
click windows key and r to open up run box. Type: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users

go back into settings area and look for passwords section if it is there and therre is a password there that is your trouble you will need to use that password to open up the system then set a new password which will be just a blank space and then go to users and set all users i hope you find this useful
