My pc doent starts, ases my password and after i log in , nothing showsn on screen , only wallpaper?

It showed i have virus on my computer , so i asked our IT guy to put virus protection programm. So now i dont see nay thing on my screen only wallpaper , no start , no bars .

Please help me if anyone had this kind of problem be4 , or know how to fix it

And im really afraid i have lost all my document

At first,boot your computer in safe mode,uninstall all the new

program which you have install before your problem have

started(like virus scan,as you mentioned),boot in normal mode,if your PC again do not work properly,then for the second time,boot in safe mode,restore your computer on the date on which it was working fine(i will suggest one or two days before it was working well),again boot in normal mode.

Unfortunately if all of these does not work then go in safe

mode,copy all your document and important program on a back up drive(a CD or DVD or external hard drive)and after all install a fresh copy of window.

It is always important to have a back up copy of your

important file .

If your computer does not boot in safe mode,then only a way

left for you,is to repair your window's,so you will not loose any of your data.
