Upon entering my personal e-mail info to read my mail the following mesage appears..i?

I am not computer savy. I must have messed up somewhere. Could anyone tell me what to adjust and where so I am secure again. I have virus protection plus firewall protection. I am confused.

Surley do NOT want to send or forward any mail if this is an issue.

Where are you reading you email from? Most of the time only the 'log-in' phase of a web email application is 'encrypted' (ssl/ssh/etc...). From that point data is passed to and from the browser in an obsfucated manner using session variables and cookies.
