Help!!! I can't get my Yahoo mail load or launch.?

When I sign in my Yahoo mail, I got this message:

Ooops. Yahoo! Mail can't load

A non-Yahoo! software program on your computer has modified your mail page. Hence, it can't launch.

You might try going into your firewall settings, and disabling "Ad blocking"

But I can't find where the firewall setting are, and when I turn off my Norton virus program it worked but then my Norton program protection is off, so I can't leave it off for too long.

Does any one has this problem before, if you got an answer please provide some adivse....Thank you!

In the norton progrem you should have an option to allow some web sites try tis option and if it does not work add yahoo to your trusted websites from the internet explorer..if that fails try tyoing 69.147.114.210 in the address bar on the internet explorer.if everything else fails try turning the live update option on the norton ant virus (This does not turn your anti virus itself so your computer is safe and is still protected)
