AVG Virus Vault?

Hi,

my sister wasent using any kind of firewall or virus protection on her laptop, so i download AVG and it found 98 diffrent trojans. They are now in quarantine 'The Virus Vault' but is there any way of removing them completley from the computer?

you can delete them from the virus vault. that will zap them

Launch the AVG Test Center, then click on Virus Vault.

You can hilite each file separately and then hit the delete (red X) button at the top to remove them one at a time or.....

You can select the Actions menu at the top of the window and then click on Empty Vault.... this will remove all the findings in one shot.

i highly doubt she had 98 different trojans. if that was the case her laptop probably wouldnt even function anymore. she may have had a few trojans and it found different components of those few.
